TALICUD       ISLAND BY: PRINCESS JENN July 23, 2014 I-              What can I say? In this world I stay? All is free You don’t need to worry. II-            I thank God for the gift In this Island where I live It is incomparable What can I ask for? III-          The green plants I see Birds are on the tree Seas that full of fish What else do I wish? IV-           Preserve what we have Don’t take too much Greed can destroy The Island that we care for V-             Accept the challenge Protect the environment If not you, Then, who will do?

Mga magulang mo Tuwang-tuwa sa’yo Galing at talino Ipakita sa mundo.       Halina’t sambitin Mga tula’y bigkasin Awit ay awitin Ng may puso’t damdamin Iguhit nang masaya Iyong mga ideya Maglaro at sumayaw Hindi umaayaw. Bata, bata halika! Marami kang magagawa Bata kasama ka Ikaw ay mahalaga.
Peace: An Elusive Dream? By: Princess Jenn February 27, 2014 What is peace? Is it really hard to find? Peace, the cry of our brothers and sisters in some parts of Mindanao as the armed forces fight against the rebels. How can there be peace when   there is war? How can there be peace when there are famine and poverty all over the world; where people are killing one another in order to survive? After the Super Typhoon Yolanda hit the Philippines, people ransacked some big malls to get food and things in order to survive. Where is peace? Can we still think of peace when our stomach is empty? As Charles Darwin’s principles, “Life is a Survival of the Fittest” taught us, that we cannot survive if we are not fit enough. Is peace really true or is it just an elusive dream?  How can we say that there is peace when children are forced to work at an early age to feed their unfilled stomach? People are into gambling to seek for luck. Young ones turned to drugs. Minor gi...
