PERSONAL EDUCATIONAL PHILOSOPHY I do believe that a student’s performance largely depends upon their teacher’s ability to teach and provide learning experiences. If a teacher can present the lessons clearly or provides appropriate activities, his students would master the lesson faster. Likewise, a student would have a difficult time in mastering a lesson if his teacher would not be able to present the lessons clearly. Thus, a student’s aptitude in learning new concepts and mastering old lessons relies more on his teacher’s ability to present the lessons. A good teacher can therefore produce better students compared to a poor teacher. A teacher’s role in developing and improving students is so vital that it can cause a poor student to become good, or a good student to become poor.
